I can’t remember last time I bought Bisquick but I got some for your pizza pie. It came out really good! I added some sauce to the meat and a bit of jalapeños so it was your recipe “mas o menos”. Next time I’ll bake the crust a bit first to avoid soggy leftovers. It was a fun recipe to make. Thought of you guys! Love, D.

In reply to Jamie Italane. haha, absolutely nothing! We for some reason called it a quesadilla sandwich cause my mom (the cuban) did. But my dad the American went along with it and made us regular fun grilled cheese sandwiches.

Since it contains Bisquick I am pretty sure you are right and it isn’t authentically Italian, but it does sound yummy. I need to know what the difference is between a quesadilla sandwich and a grilled cheese sandwich.
