But when I realized it was a bug out back, I read on. There have been several times when we actually created bug out bags. We now have a bug out list to pack a bag really quickly. It and the bag can be tailored a little to the specific situation. Good idea to think ahead when you are not in the midst of an emergency!

Apart from the basic first aid kit for emergency, you should also pack it with a supply of your daily medications for specific medical conditions that you may be suffering from. I would also include a bug spray, and some electrolytes to prevent dehydration.
