That sounds awesome Anna, I’m sure you could spend several weeks just in China alone because it’s so big. I’m not sure if Taiwan is on my list but I definitely would explore it. I think I would add Mongolia also what do you think?

I thoroughly enjoyed parts of Thailand for sure especially Chiang Mai, and Vietnam is definitely on my list and I would love to have that experience as well
