  1. When I saw the title I was thinking I did not really want to carry bugs around. But when I realized it was a bug out back, I read on. There have been several times when we actually created bug out bags. We now have a bug out list to pack a bag really quickly. It and the bag can be tailored a little to the specific situation. Good idea to think ahead when you are not in the midst of an emergency!

  2. Bug out bag is a great idea and everyone should have one. Apart from the basic first aid kit for emergency, you should also pack it with a supply of your daily medications for specific medical conditions that you may be suffering from. I would also include a bug spray, and some electrolytes to prevent dehydration.
